Engineer

Optimizing the injection moulding process to produce high-quality parts efficiently and consistently.

- Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine moulding processes for new products.
• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize process parameters (temperature, pressure, cycle time, etc.) for improved part quality and productivity.
• Preparing the trial reports after completion of each trails.
• Has to take the new mould trials on injection moulding machines.
• Collaborate with quality, production, and design teams.

- Skills:

Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and materials.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with process control and optimization.
• Should have the knowledge on injection moulding machines.
• Understanding of SVGC injection system.
• Should have the knowledge on injection Moulds.
• Understanding of hot runner and cold runner systems
• Mould design fundamentals and mould maintenance
