• Managing the entire shopfloor activities keeping the production targets in check
• Operation of the tool with proper safety and keeping in mind the dos and don t
• Preparing the tool wise production report and analyzing the area of improvement
• Proper co ordination with other departments for the smooth operation of the machines
• Managing the shift wise manpower and preparing the schedule for smooth operation

Qualifications

• B-Tech(Min 3 years of relevant experience in Solar Cell Manufacturing in Production Department).

Skills

• Operation experience of Wet Tools, Thermal-Tools and Metallization Tools
