Qualification: B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
Experience: Freshers (01 Year)
Industry: PEB / Structural Steel / Formwork / Construction
Location: Hyderabad / Project Sites

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh engineering graduates to join our Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team. The candidate will support project planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution activities across project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress against planned timelines and milestones.
• Coordinate with Design, Production, Procurement, Erection, and Site teams.
• Track material requirements, manpower deployment, and project activities.
• Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
• Participate in project review meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOMs).
• Identify project delays and report issues to the reporting manager.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Support quality and safety compliance at project sites.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of project planning and management.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Project / Primavera P6 is an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn and travel to project sites as required.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates with good academic knowledge and a positive learning attitude.
• Interest in project management, planning, and construction / manufacturing operations.
• Candidates with knowledge of PEB, structural steel, or formwork will be preferred.
