1. Heading the Production Dept

2. Monthly plan to be drawn as per the marketing requirement.

3. Plan to be drawn for weekly / Daily production.

4. Co-ordinate with Purchase and Stores departments for RMs and PMs in time.

5. All Process and filling machineries to be maintained with neat and clean.

6. Manpower management in shift basis.

7. Next day, process / filling plan to be communicated on the previous day for proper execution.

8. Monthly production target to be achieved

9. Good housekeeping to be maintained in filling and process floors.

10. Batch cycle time to be maintained as per the standard.

11. Yield management.

12. All MIS reports are to be prepared and sent on time.

13. All production-related records to be maintained.

14. Train the manpower for cost-effective utilization.
