Roles and Responsibility

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new products and systems.
• Conduct experiments and collect data to validate product performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions using various engineering principles.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of products and processes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
