Engineer Survey-JMM

• Conduct physical surveys and site inspections of land and properties.
• Measure and verify plot boundaries, dimensions, access roads, and site conditions.
• Collect and record property details, including location, area, ownership information, and surrounding developments.
• Verify survey measurements against available documents, layouts, and site plans.
• Identify boundary discrepancies, encroachments, access issues, and other site-related concerns.
• Prepare survey reports, sketches, site photographs, and measurement records.
• Coordinate with property owners, agents, local authorities, architects, engineers, and internal teams.
• Assist in land acquisition and property due-diligence activities.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and documentation.
