Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Fire Fighting & PHE Site Engineer to manage and execute Fire Fighting and Public Health Engineering (PHE) works at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with contractors and other MEP teams, quality control, inspections, and ensuring work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day Fire Fighting and PHE site activities.
• Execute Fire Fighting systems including fire hydrant, sprinkler, hose reel, fire pump room, wet riser, fire tank and related piping works.
• Execute PHE works including water supply, drainage, sanitary, rainwater and related plumbing systems.
• Read and interpret MEP/shop drawings, layouts, schematic diagrams and BOQs.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, subcontractors and other MEP teams.
• Monitor installation of pipes, valves, pumps, fittings and other Fire Fighting/PHE equipment.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, standards and safety requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate hydro testing, pressure testing, flushing, inspection and commissioning activities.
• Prepare daily progress reports, inspection requests, material requirements and site documentation.
• Monitor manpower, material availability and productivity at site.
• Check material quality and ensure proper storage and handling of materials.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with Electrical, HVAC, ELV, Civil and other project teams to avoid clashes and delays.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with HSE/Safety procedures.
• Support preparation of as-built drawings and handover documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil or related Engineering discipline.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in Fire Fighting and PHE/Plumbing site execution.
• Good knowledge of Fire Fighting and PHE systems and site execution practices.
• Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and MEP layouts.
• Knowledge of testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of Fire Fighting/PHE systems.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to manage contractors, subcontractors and site manpower.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel/relocate as required.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Data Centers, critical infrastructure, industrial projects or large-scale EPC/MEP projects will be preferred.
