Engineer/Sr. Engineer - Process Quality Position

1. Process Quality Management
Lead process quality activities to ensure adherence to defined standards and controls during manufacturing. Drive zero-defect production.

2. Customer Complaints & 8D Closure
Handle customer complaints, lead 8D investigations, ensure timely closure and prevention of recurrence.

3. Process Improvement Initiatives
Implement Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen to improve process capability, reduce variation and enhance throughput.

4. Audit & Compliance
Support and lead internal/external audits (IATF, ISO). Ensure timely NC closures and process compliance.

5. Supplier Quality Interaction
Coordinate with suppliers for quality issues, audits, and improvements to ensure incoming part quality.

6. Team Development & Training
Coach and develop quality engineers. Identify training needs and ensure team skill readiness.

7. Documentation and QMS Control
Ensure control plans, PFMEA, work instructions, check sheets are updated and followed.
