Engineer / Sr. Engineer - IT

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Replacing parts as required.
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
• Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment. Experience in Windows, Linux Server.
• Expreanace and good knowledge in troubleshoot Network Infra Network Protocols.
• Knowledge and Experience in handling Data Base Tools.
• Experience in Firewall configuring, troubleshooting and daignising.
• Experience in System troubleshooting and Hardware servicing.
• Knowledge in Printer, Intercom, Camera and Biometric device configuration.
• Addon on knowledge in ISO 27001, Cyber Security and Cloud Computing
