About this role
Role & responsibilities
Installation & Commissioning of CNC Machining & Turning Centers (VMC, HMC, SPM & Turning)
Machine alignment, accuracy check, trial component machining
Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic & CNC control issues
Preventive and breakdown maintenance support
Coordination with customers, Regional Office Team
Support AMC and warranty activities
Conduct root cause analysis and prepares service reports
Extensive travel to customer locations across India
Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of CNC Machining & Turning Centers (VMC, HMC, SPM & Turning)
Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, and Mitsubishi CNC controls
Understanding of servo drives, spindle systems, hydraulics, and lubrication systems
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
PLC diagnostics and troubleshooting knowledge preferred
