Engineer - Service

Job Description :-

Primary Responsibilities:-

• The candidate should have hands on experience of working at customer site.
• Must be able to resolve Technical issues at Customer site in the defined target time.
• Must be able to manage Parts and service business in the assigned area / Customer base
• Keep the Territory Service Manager updated regarding critical issues faced by customer
• Daily / Weekly reporting to TSM on the progress of tasks assigned for the assigned area / customer base

Secondary Responsibilities:-

• Must have good knowledge of Hydraulics / Pneumatics / electrical
• Providing technical support to the Branch Service Manager

Qualification :-

Essential: - Diploma/ Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile

Desirable:-

Skills Required :-

• Must have good communication skills
• Must have Problem Solving Skills
• Must have good command over written and verbal communication
• Good in MS-Office
• Must be willing to Travel
• Experience in Material Handling Equipment / Industrial Equipments service
