Responsibilities - Develop and integrate platform software across Linux/Android, firmware, middleware, and subsystem interfaces.
- Support platform bring-up, feature enablement, and software readiness for new silicon programs.
- Debug and resolve complex issues spanning hardware, firmware, kernel, middleware, and applications.
- Analyze and optimize system behavior across power, performance, memory, thermal, and reliability dimensions.
- Diagnose issues involving CPU, DSP, GPU, memory, storage, clocks, regulators, and connectivity subsystems.
- Drive customer issue investigations and product defect resolution.
- Contribute to automation, observability, and engineering productivity initiatives.
- Experience in embedded software development, system integration, Linux, Android, and/or RTOS platforms.
- Familiarity with multimedia and/or connectivity technologies.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently resolve complex technical problems.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of contributing across multiple technologies and engineering domains.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Engineering or related work experience.
- OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2+ years of academic or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
