Engineer / Senior Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement effective supplier management strategies to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements.
• Conduct PPAP reviews and provide technical guidance on product design, manufacturing processes, and testing procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 6-9 years of experience in automotive industry or related field.
• Strong knowledge of supplier auditing, PPAP documentation, and supplier management best practices.
• Experience with trimming processes and ability to analyze data from various sources (e.g., CAD drawings).
• Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives through process improvements.
