Engineer / Senior Engineer - Projects & Engineering

• Project Procurement Coordination
• Support material planning, procurement tracking, and delivery follow-ups
• Create and manage Item Codes and Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP (MM Module)
• Maintain BOM costing and project-wise procurement trackers
• Coordinate with purchase teams and vendors for timely material availability
• Track and resolve delivery delays and procurement issues
• PMO & Project Support
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and milestone tracking
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status reports
• Coordinate meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and track actions
• Monitor daily activities, task progress, and escalations
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations
• Support change control, CAPEX tracking, and budget monitoring
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and management updates
• Tools & Systems
• MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• SAP (MM Module preferred)
• Microsoft Teams, One Drive and SharePoint
• Qualifications
• BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, ECE, or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 3-5 years in project coordination / PMO / procurement support roles
• Exposure to SAP MM / project tracking tools preferred
• Key Skills
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking ability
• Good understanding of project lifecycle and procurement processes
• Proficiency in Excel and reporting
• Effective communication and stakeholder management
