Role & responsibilities

Senior Civil Engineer:

• opment, and implementation of complex systems.
• Technical Expertise: Performing advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and designing efficient solutions.
• Mentorship: Providing guidance, training, and code/design reviews for junior engineers.
• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Management) to ensure projects meet company goals and industry standards.
• Process Improvement: Developing new standards, automating workflows, and ensuring quality control
• Junior Civil Engine

Project Manager:

• Planning & Initiation: Defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and creating detailed schedules (e.g., Gantt charts).
• Execution & Monitoring: Tracking progress, managing budgets, and controlling costs.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential bottlenecks, risks, or issues and implementing mitigation plans.
• Stakeholder Communication: Acting as the main point of contact, providing regular updates to clients and senior leadership.
• Team Leadership: Allocating tasks, motivating cross-functional teams, and clearing roadblocks.
• Documentation & Closure: Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and conducting post-project evaluations.
