Job Summary:

The Operations Department is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities related to the installation of lifts/elevators. The team ensures timely project execution, service efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute lift/elevator installation projects.
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance standards.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain documentation and reporting for operational activities.
• Drive efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in lift/elevator operations, installation.
