Position: Engineer Sales
Qualification: B.Tech. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Experience: 1-3 Years
Industry: Power Generation / Gensets

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads in the Power/Genset industry.
• Conceptual knowledge of either MTU, Perkins, Caterpillar, and Baudouin engines.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, electrical systems & controllers.
• Handle customer enquiries, site visits, technical discussions, quotations, and negotiations.
• Understand customer power requirements and coordinate suitable Genset/Power Generation solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and dealers
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Service, and Operations teams for order execution.

Required Skills:

• Relevant experience in Power Industry/Gensets/DG Sets.
• Good technical and commercial understanding.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Good proficiency in MS Office.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and strong in follow-up.
