Engineer - Roll Forming

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize shift schedules.
• Coordinate with other shift incharges for smooth transition and continuity.
• Managing the roll forming process to ensure adherence to operational standards.
• 5S
• Machine check sheet updation
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the shift.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
• IMTE maintenance
• Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of issues.
