Urgent Hiring R&D Engineer | Automotive Industry

We are looking for an experienced R&D professional for a leading automotive manufacturing organization based in Neemrana, Rajasthan.

Position: Engineer – R&D / New Product Development
Experience: 4–5 Years
Qualification: B. Tech/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage new product development and project-planning activities.
• Monitor project progress against agreed timelines and milestones.
• Review customer drawings, technical specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate with customers as the primary technical contact.
• Handle new-part development and engineering change requests.
• Coordinate prototype/sample dispatches according to project requirements.
• Prepare and maintain APQP and PPAP documentation.
• Create and manage BOMs in SAP.
• Work with CATIA for design understanding and technical review.
• Coordinate with internal departments for timely project execution.

Required Profile:

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in automotive product development or R&D.
• Working knowledge of CATIA, SAP BOM, APQP and PPAP.
• Experience in project coordination and customer handling.
• Good command of MS Excel and technical documentation.
• Candidates from the automotive or auto-component industry will be preferred.
