Engineer - Quality

Position: Engineer - Quality (Warranty)

Area of Exposure: Warranty quality - Electrical and electronic components (battery, E&E parts)

Experience: B.Tech with at least 3 years of experience or Diploma with 6 ~ 7 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor warranty inspection of parts along with associates.
• Monitor SPD material inspection and prepare inspection reports.
• Prepare and maintain the warranty inspection tracker.
• Conduct battery inspection (market failure and RFB).
• Inform the team of early-failure parts reported under 2000 KM.
• Prepare pulse data.
• Inform suppliers of market failure rejections through mail.
• Carry out rejection note process activities for warranty failure parts.
• Raise QAN to suppliers for defects reported at market, as per QAN criteria.
• Provide justification to the market team for rejected claims.
• Conduct SPD material inspection.
• Carry out rejection note process activities for parts rejected during SPD material 100% inspection.
• Work exposure and ability to prepare documents as per ISO and IATF requirements.
