Will have Knowledge on 8D, Other Problem-Solving tools , Core tools (CP, PFMEA, MSA & SPC)
Basic knowledge in electronic parts / Quality issues in SMT process
Ability to read the Schematic Diagrams of PCBs
Warranty Return Analysis / Dealer management
Exposure to Customer Handling process (Specific to Mahindra requirements)
Working Knowledge in MS office
Qualification
BE Electronics or BE Mechatronics
Work Exp: 4- 7 of relevant experience (Warranty)
