Engineer - Proposal

Job Summary

This role focuses on driving successful proposal development by conducting thorough market research, reviewing RFQs, and analyzing customer requirements. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure proposals are accurate, competitive, and delivered on time. Your insights will directly influence winning new business and strengthening client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape
• Review RFQs and extract key customer requirements and evaluation criteria
• Analyze customer needs and translate them into compelling proposal content
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, legal, and finance teams to develop high-quality, compliant proposals
• Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and meet internal and client standards

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in proposal writing, business development, or market research
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and proposal management tools
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
