Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to potential clients. Understand TQs and ensure its closure by co-ordinating with various stakeholders. Also prepare RFQs for bought out items ensuring collection of offers
• Prepare ensure proposals and bids are accurate, comprehensive, and meet clients requirements.
• Assist in the development of pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather relevant information and documentation.
• Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries on pricing or any other points related to proposals

Requirements

Key Skills Required

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Technically sound to understand Client/RFQ requirement.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to read and understand PID, Develop BOM based on PID PMS. Understanding of ASME Codes and standards
• Knowledge of upstream of Oil Gas facility its associated various process packages.
