Job Summary

Assist in the preparation and submission of proposals and bids to potential clients. Understand TQs and ensure its closure by co-ordinating with various stakeholders. Also prepare RFQs for bought out items ensuring collection of offers. Prepare ensure proposals and bids are accurate, comprehensive, and meet clients requirements. Assist in the development of pricing strategies. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to gather relevant information and documentation. Maintain and update the proposal and bidding database. Ensure timely resolution of customer queries on pricing or any other points related to proposals

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Technically sound to understand Client/RFQ requirement.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Proficiency in bid management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and understand PID, Develop BOM based on PID PMS.
• Understanding of ASME Codes and standards.
• Knowledge of Valves.
