Engineer Production

We are looking for a skilled Engineer-Production with 2 to 7 years of experience to handle foundry shifts at GWASF Quality Castings, ensuring high-quality production and efficient operations.

• Oversee the foundry shift process to meet production targets.


• Monitor and control quality parameters to ensure high-quality castings.


• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.


• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and reduce downtime.


• Troubleshoot issues related to foundry operations and provide technical support.


• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in foundry operations.


• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control measures.


• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.


• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


• Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
