Job Description
- Process Production Optimization, Improve manufacturing workflows in the coil shop.
- Reduce cycle times and eliminate production bottlenecks.
- Standardize work instructions for copper cutting, bending, and assembly.
- Minimize material scrap during tubing and fin fabrication.
- Equipment Maintenance Support Oversee machinery operations including fin presses, hairpin benders, and expanders.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures to minimize production downtime.
- Define tooling requirements for different coil geometries and sizes.
- Coordinate preventative maintenance with the technician team.
- Quality Testing Control
- Enforce quality protocols for brazing and assembly joints.
- Manage leak testing procedures using helium or pressure methods.
- Analyze defect data to resolve root causes of coil failures.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and industry manufacturing standards.
