Role & responsibilities
- Conduct market research, field surveys & customer visits
- Collect and analyze Voice of Customer (VOC) and market feedback
- Support product trials, demonstrations & field evaluations
- Benchmark competitors and identify product improvement opportunities
- Convert customer insights into product improvements & new product development
- Coordinate with R&D, Production, Quality, Sales & Marketing teams
- Monitor field performance and recommend product enhancements
