Engineer - Planning & Billing

Job Summary

Owns site schedule updates and billing cycles, reconciles client and subcontractor quantities; hands-on in MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera/MSP.

You will keep site schedules current and run the billing cycle for assigned projects, working closely with site and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own site schedule updates and billing cycles for assigned projects
• Reconcile client and subcontractor quantities and measurements
• Prepare RA bills, measurement sheets, and progress documentation
• Assist in preparing deviation statements and progress summaries
• Maintain planning data in Primavera/MSP and reporting trackers in Excel
• Support the senior engineer in claims and review preparations

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
• 2-4 years of experience in planning, billing, or quantity surveying
• Hands-on proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera/MSP
• Understanding of measurement books and RA billing processes
• Strong analytical and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to highway/infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with ERP-based workflows
