Prepare detailed project schedules using planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Develop project work breakdown structures (WBS) and activity sequencing.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly.
Identify schedule deviations and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams for schedule updates.
Analyze critical paths and project risks affecting timelines.
Track manpower, equipment, and material requirements against project plans.
Assist in resource planning and productivity analysis.
Support project cost control and earned value analysis.
Prepare recovery plans for delayed activities.
Participate in project review meetings and provide planning inputs.
