Engineer - MEP QS/Civil QS

We are looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors to support our residential projects in Bangalore.

We have openings for both MEP QS and Civil QS professionals (3-15 years) who can effectively manage project costing, quantities, and contractor billing.

Civil QS
Experience: 3-15 years

Key Responsibilities
MEP QS
• Quantity take-off from MEP drawings (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting)
• Preparation & verification of BOQ for MEP works
• Review contractor bills & rate analysis
• Cost estimation & budget tracking
• Coordination with project & MEP teams

Civil QS
• Quantity take-off from architectural & structural drawings
• Preparation & verification of BOQ for civil works
• Cost estimation for RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring & finishing works
• Contractor bill verification & cost control
• Monitoring budget vs actual cost

Requirements
• Relevant experience in real estate / construction projects
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis & billing
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
• Good coordination skills with site teams
