Engineer Manager - Capital Markets Trading Platform

We are looking for a skilled Engineer Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead our Capital Markets Trading Platform team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing trading platforms and leading teams.

• Manage and maintain the capital markets trading platform, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
