Responsibilities - Execute and Supervise Preventive Predictive Maintenance of Plant Machinery, utility equipment in order to maximize machine up time
- Study, find fault of the break down
- Analyse root cause of the break down and maintain record
- Provide solutions
- Educate team members
- Troubleshooting
- Trouble shooting at the time of break down provide utility support by
- Physical check / review Machine data sheet report
- Finding Fault
- Take corrective action conduct a trial
- Hand over the equipment to the user
- Record the parameters in Quality Management Systems
- Develop, Execute and monitor systems and procedures in accordance with ISO and EMS specifications for maintenance in moulding section by ensuring proper
