VAVE Coordination & Validation

• Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and product testing teams to validate cost-optimized solutions for new and existing products under VAVE initiatives.
• Ensure reliability, functional integrity, and certification compliance after implementing VAVE changes.

Testing & Automation

• Perform hardware and software testing (black box/white box) for communication power products.
• Develop and maintain automated test programs to efficiently validate VAVE modifications.
• Formulate test plans, stress conditions, and procedures for evaluating new components or design changes.

Collaboration & Compliance

• Work with design, procurement, reliability, and compliance teams to verify cost-optimized solutions without affecting performance.
• Ensure all VAVE changes comply with UL, CE, and other international safety and certification standards.
• Participate in root cause analysis for failures during VAVE validation and provide corrective action recommendations.

Continuous Improvement & Reporting

• Prepare detailed test reports, risk analysis, and recommendations for each VAVE implementation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost competitiveness while maintaining high reliability and safety standards.
