Engineer - GISOCC Office IS

Responsibilities

• Development: Design and develop modular React components using custom hooks and efficient state management.
• CI/CD & Git: Manage complex branching strategies and PR reviews via GitHub, ensuring all Pre-commit checks pass.
• API Integration: Design data layers and handle asynchronous data fetching, caching, and optimistic updates.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct product demos to Business Owners and proactively suggest UI/UX improvements.
• Standards: Ensure all layouts are responsive and WCAG 2.1 AA compliant.
• Bonus/Added Value: * Hands-on experience with Gemini Code Assist or GitHub Copilot. Experience / knowledge

2+ years of experience in the software industry with a full stack developer role.

• Language Mastery: Independent with async/await and type narrowing.
• UI Engineering: Confident with Tailwind, Flexbox/Grid, and responsive design.
• Soft Skills: Must demonstrate Radical Accountability and a Limitless Mindset.
