Position : Engineer - Pune - Front Sales

Role and Responsibilities
- 1) Generate and manage enquiries from OEMs, End Users, EPCs, and Consultants
- 2) Conduct discussions with customers to understand application requirements and positioning of our Control Valve solutions
- 3) Coordinate with the Application Engineering Team to ensure timely and accurate submission of techno-commercial proposals
- 4) Follow-up on submitted offers, and convert enquiries into orders
- 5) Lead price negotiations with customers, while maintaining profitability and ensuring alignment with company pricing strategies
- 6) Monitor and manage the enquiry-to-order pipeline, ensuring timely updates, data accuracy, and follow-up strategy
- 7) Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts for repeat business and long-term engagement
- 8) Visit customer sites as required for discussions, product positioning, or technical meetings
- 9) Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence to the management team
