Engineer( Freshers)

Role & responsibilities

This job role requires understanding of basic Voice, IP network, Security and Cloud/Hosting technologies. Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills are required.

A multi-faceted professional role, you would be the part of the Service Operations process which includes fulfilling user requests, resolving service failures, fixing problems, and carrying out routine operational tasks. The person would be responsible to work on new technologies like SDWAN, Cyber security & Cloud technology.

• You will be a team player, working in 24*7 rotational shift basis and expected to work diligently for assigned task or specific roles/responsibilities.
• Proactive and hands-on, with strong business acumen and drive and determination to succeed.
• Need to work as shift engineer to handle customer complaints.
• Handling, resolving customer issue for their concerns/reported issues through tickets across different MSD services.
