Engineer- Fitout

Role & responsibilities

• Inspect apartments before and during fit-out work.
• Check interior drawings and ensure work follows fit-out guidelines.
• Coordinate with residents, architects, interior designers and contractors.
• Monitor fit-out work and identify/track deviations.
• Check plumbing, electrical and waterproofing work.
• Prepare Daily Status Reports (DSR) and inspection reports.
• Conduct final inspection and coordinate fit-out completion.
• Ensure construction materials and debris are not kept in common areas.
• Ensure safety and protection of the building structure during fit-out activities.
• Coordinate required documents and initiate the fit-out deposit refund process after completion

Preferred candidate profile

Age : upto 45 yrs

•       Education : Diploma in Civil Engineer / Interior Designer

•       Experience :  Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate/ Interior Design / Facility Management - Softservices
