Engineer - Final Assembly - Manufacturing

Role & responsibilities

• Own end-to-end manufacturing process and production.
• Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) targets.
• Drive Winning Hrs, OEE, cycle time reductions, and scrap reduction activities
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Establish New products regular production ramp up, process validation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage manpower, training, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, Lean, and 5S.

Preferred candidate profile

A full time degree in Engineering or Diploma

5 - 10 years of relevant work experience from Automotive Manufacturing/ Electronics manufacturing industry
