Engineer - Electromechanical maintenance ,

Dear sir,

I am Sindhuja, from the Healthcare Vertical of Masadir HR Services, an International Recruitment Firm.

We have been retained by a professionally managed corporate company in Dubai location to recruit a Engineer - Electromechanical Maintenances for them.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in mechanical / electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum 7 years of experience in MEP maintenance) or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering (Minimum 8 years of experience in MEP maintenance).

Manage, schedule, and oversee maintenance of firefighting and fire alarm systems, including reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and both corrective and preventive maintenance of fire protection systems (FPS). Demonstrate strong knowledge of FPS, with hands-on experience in material selection, system testing, installation, commissioning, and fault diagnosis using root cause analysis. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics is essential. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and SAP knowledge is preferred. Experience in conducting risk assessments and familiarity with UAE regulatory codes and safety standards are important. Fluency in English is mandatory.
