Engineer/DM - Planning

Roles & Responsibilities (in detail):

Advance Material Planning for OSD Business - Co-ordinate with Sales, Projects and Engineering for effective planning and align requirments as per project schedule

Work Along with SCM for material availability for Long Lead Items and control inventory for these items as per project requirement

Raw Material Planning - Make advance planning for raw material based on planned projects and projected upcoming orders

Manage and Control Raw Material Planning for effective and efficient inventory management

Raw material Planning - after MRP run and derive shortages and make plan shortage mitigation

Capacity Planning - based on IFAT planning make capacity planning and find out resource gaps and bottlenecks

Routing Validation and correction in NAV

Co-ordinate with CFT for Free Stock Inventory reduction for Sub-assy and SPL and sub-assy outsourcing

Inventory allocation based on requirement (variant adjustment)

Make draft action plan for resource mitigation after discussion with Senior Planning Person and Manufacturing team leaders
