Position: Electrical Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in an electrical utility and/or contracting organization.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with 11/6.6/0.4 kV substations.

Adequate knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) network upgradation and load diversion processes.

Ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary/multi-field teams effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with clients, authorities, and internal teams.

Certified/experienced in Safety and Risk Assessment procedures.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts on a 24/7 basis.

Valid GCC Driving License is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate electrical substation and LV network-related activities.

Lead field teams and ensure smooth execution of maintenance and network upgradation works.

Coordinate with clients, authorities, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety standards, risk assessment procedures, and applicable regulations.

Support load diversion and LV network upgradation activities.

Monitor site activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per required standards.

Work rotational shifts as required for continuous utility operations.
