Job Title: Development Testing Engineer

Department: Development-Lab

Location: Chakan-Pune

Reports To: HOD

Role & responsibilities:

• Prior experience as a Testing Engineer in rubber components (Statics & Dynamics testing).
• Hands-on experience operating UTM machines (MTS & Biss systems preferred).
• Coordinate with manufacturing for development of testing fixtures, setups, and eyelets.
• Perform validation of parts testing as per DVP (Design Validation Plan).
• Set up and conduct Statics and Durability tests (Single-axis, Two-axis, and Three-axis).
• Monitor and execute testing plans in line with defined project timelines.
• Prepare test reports and maintain proper documentation of results.
• Knowledge in selection of Test Instrument based on Drawing & product shape.
