Engineer Design - Auxiliary System

Industry Preference : Cement / Steel / Mining / UREA / Bulk Material Handling / Industrial Plants

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and engineering of auxiliary systems including Fire Fighting System, Dust Suppression System, Dust Extraction System, Ventilation System.
• Prepare design calculations, equipment sizing, technical specifications, datasheets, BOQ, and engineering documents.
• Develop and review GA drawings, P&IDs, layouts, piping arrangements, and system schematics.
• Co-ordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal engineering teams for project execution and approvals.
• Review vendor drawings, technical submissions, and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
• Participate in technical discussions, design reviews, and client meetings for engineering approvals.
• Provide engineering support during procurement, manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and project execution stages.
• Resolve site and commissioning issues related to auxiliary systems and recommend suitable engineering solutions.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering documents in line with project schedules.

Skills Required:

• design and engineering of industrial auxiliary systems.
• Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Dust Suppression, Dust Extraction, Ventilation, and Utility Systems.
• Familiarity with ACGIH, NFPA, IS Codes, and relevant industrial design standards.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel and MS Office.

Good communication, vendor management, and project coordination skills

Preferred Industry Experience: Cement Plants, Steel Plants, Mining Projects, Power Plants, Material Handling Systems, and Process Industries.
