Job Description:

Tasks

• Design (3D, 2D, materials, ...)
• Drawings
• create and update drawings for change management and new design
• Calculation & Simulation
• calculations performed by component engineers
• Plant & Supplier
• collaboration in terms of manufacturing process and deviations, quality and robustness

Competences & skills

• Modify drawings according to instructions
• Derive drawings from existing designs in CAD.
• Create and implement design concepts in CAD
• Deep and comprehensive understanding of the function of wet clutches and wet dual clutches in terms of specification, manufacturing and assembly details. Example of a work item is deviations, quality, robustness...
• Perform calculations related to strength, fatigue, robustness and tolerance analysis

Required Tools

• Catia
• MS-Office, Excel, PPT
• Simulation tool for strength calculation (e.g. Kissoft)
• SAP/PLM
