Engineer / Assistant Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in EPC sectors such as Infrastructure, Industrial Projects, Water, or Construction.
• Generate leads through market research, industry networking, and client visits.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project owners
• Monitor and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and tender opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and procurement teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with tender requirements.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations with prospective clients.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Provide strategic inputs to management regarding market positioning and pricing strategies.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue objectives.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Support contract negotiation and project closure.

Required Candidate profile

• 6-10 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development within EPC sectors such as Infrastructure, Industrial Projects, Water, or Construction.
• Experience in tendering, bidding, and project sales (Govt. Sales).
