Engineer | Assistant Manager _ Planning & Coordination

• Prepare and update project schedules for high-rise residential construction.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, architects, and contractors.
• Track construction activities, milestones, and project deadlines.
• Identify delays and coordinate with teams to resolve planning issues.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor work progress as per the approved project schedule.
• Coordinate with civil, MEP, and finishing teams.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 4 to 8 years of experience in planning, preferably in high-rise residential or luxury real estate projects.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel.
• Good coordination and analytical skills.
