You will act as:

A trusted advisor to enterprise customers

A strategic partner to CHROs and businessleaders

The Voice of Customer internally acrossProduct and Engineering

An owner responsible for customer outcomes notjust go-live milestones

Your role is to understand the business problembehind the requirement and drive the transformation end-to-end.

Leading enterprise HCM transformation programsfrom discovery through adoption

Challenging legacy processes and drivingtransformation conversations

Influencing senior stakeholders with clarity andcredibility

Working closely with internal teams to shapecustomer outcomes

Balancing customer expectations, scalability,product capabilities, and operational realities
