Engagement Controller

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the entire lifecycle of R2R projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, develop project plans, and track progress against milestones.
• Ensure effective communication among stakeholders through regular status updates, meetings, and reporting.
• Identify potential roadblocks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or disruptions.
• Lead and implement service delivery transformation initiatives
  
• Manage end-to-end accountability for engagement financials
  
• Lead and drive strategic discussions with leadership
  
• Strong experience in managing shared services across P2P, O2C, and R2R processes
  
• Strong understanding and exposure in global ERP platforms

Job Requirements :

• 15-22 years of experience in R2R services as an Engagement Controller or similar role.
• Strong understanding for managing complex projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
