Eng. / Sr. Eng. - Rear Axle Maintenance (Mechanical / Electrical)

Job Summary

Responsible for mechanical and electrical maintenance of Rear Axle Shop machinery and equipment, including preventive/predictive maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting, RCA, machine reliability improvement, spare planning and new equipment installation/commissioning.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day mechanical & electrical maintenance activities for the Rear Axle Shop.
• Troubleshoot major machine breakdowns and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Execute preventive and predictive maintenance to improve machine availability and reliability.
• Maintain CNC, SPM, GPM and grinding machines.
• Handle maintenance of hydraulic presses, hoists, KUKA/robotic welding and CO welding equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC, drives/VFDs, LT panels, electrical systems and machine controls.
• ne installation, commissioning and improvement projects.
• Drive TPM, 5S, Kaizen, IATF, ACMA and EOHS activities.
• Support energy-saving, cost-reduction and machine improvement initiatives.
• Maintain maintenance records and work through SAP PM / Maintenance Module.
