Job description
Im reaching out regarding an exciting opportunity for a Senior Support Analyst (Endur L2) with a leading organisation.
Its a CONTRACT role and NOT a Permanent
Location: India Remote
Onboarding: Office visit required only on Day 1 for verification, onboarding and laptop collection
Role: Senior Support Analyst Endur L2
The role involves providing L2 functional and technical support for OpenLink Endur, covering FO/MO/BO/Logistics, trade lifecycle, EOD processing, P&L and complex incident resolution.
Were looking for:
- 4 to 7 years of Endur support experience
- Strong EOD and trade lifecycle knowledge
- OpenJVS/OpenComponents exposure with ability to review custom code
- Experience supporting/stabilising Endur within a trading environment
